1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. For one year from the date of retail purchase, we will, at our option, repair or replace any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This warranty applies to MotoTote branded products that have been:

  • Operated in accordance with MotoTote's product instructions.
  • Used for their intended purpose and within weight and size limits.

This warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Commercial use or modifications.
  • Improper installation or maintenance.
  • Accidents, off-road damage, or external forces.

To Initiate a Warranty Claim:

  • If you purchased on this website: Just click here and follow the steps. Have your order number and zip code ready.

  • If you purchased somewhere else (Amazon, local dealer, etc.):

Email us at contact@mototote.com and provide the following:

  1. Proof of Purchase – An order receipt.
  2. Description of the Issue – Include clear details about the defect.
  3. Photos or Videos – Visual proof helps us assess and resolve the claim quickly.

Our team will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or providing replacement parts.

Other Brand Products

Some products sold on our website may be manufactured by other brands. These products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty.

Additional Support & Replacement Parts

Many minor issues can be resolved with replacement parts, which are available through our support team. If your product is outside the warranty period, we still offer affordable spare parts to keep your MotoTote in great shape.
